A newly constructed building at the Government Polytechnic College for Women in Coimbatore remains un-inaugurated three months after completion. The state government allocated approximately Rs 9 crore for the construction of this modern facility, which features ten classrooms and 15 laboratories designed to enhance the educational infrastructure of the college.

West Bengal's initiative to digitize the admission process for undergraduate (UG) courses has yielded extraordinary results, with more than 87,000 applications from students across India. Launched on June 19 and scheduled to conclude on July 7, the online portal has attracted enthusiastic applicants from diverse regions, including Jammu and Kashmir, Kerala, and various other states.
