Chandigarh University is hosting its annual cultural celebration, CU Fest 2026, on April 10th and 11th, bringing together students for two days of performances across music, dance, theatre, and fine arts.
The university has designed the festival to offer students a chance to display their artistic talent while creating an energetic atmosphere throughout the campus. The event will present a combination of staged shows, contests, and artistic exhibitions which will attract student participation from different academic fields.
CU Fest exists as an annual event which serves as one of the main ways students at the institution participate in activities that develop their skills beyond academic work. The current edition will present live musical performances together with theatrical presentations and visual art exhibitions which will promote both individual and group involvement.
University officials stated that the event will provide students with multiple advantages because it will showcase their artistic capabilities while they gain valuable performance experience in arts and creative professions. Confidence building activities and teamwork practice and stage presence development have become essential components of festivals which participants experience through their various roles.
The two-day fest is expected to draw a large turnout on campus, with students taking part in competitions as well as attending performances. The university will provide information about registration and event times through its official communication channels in the next few days.
Chandigarh University wants to use CU Fest 2026 to transform its campus into a cultural center which will honor student creativity through structured competitions and artistic events.
