Chandigarh University, in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Private Universities (CIPU), successfully hosted the 3rd Bharat Higher Education Summit 2026, bringing together more than 200 Vice Chancellors, policymakers, industry leaders, and global education experts to discuss the future of higher education in India and its role in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

A major highlight of the summit was the presence of Mr. Anurag Thakur, Former Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting and Member of Parliament, who attended the event as the Chief Guest.
