Adamas University Hosts Day @ Adamas Knowledge City 2026 to Guide Students on Career and Higher Education Choices

Adamas University hosted Day @ Adamas Knowledge City 2026, an interactive career guidance and academic exploration event designed to assist young minds in making informed decisions on their future education and career trajectory.

The event was organized at the Rabindranath Tagore Auditorium on the campus of Adamas University on 22 May 2026, and included representatives from students, academia, and the university administration.

It was an event to give students first-hand exposure to expert guidance in many areas such as Science, Technology, Management, Law and others. Participants engaged in interactive sessions and discussions, gaining insightful knowledge about academic programmes, industry trends, career opportunities, and essential skills necessary for a dynamic professional future.

One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to interact with the leaders and faculty of the University. This programme was graced by the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Samit Ray, Hon’ble Chancellor of Adamas University and Chairman of RICE Adamas Group and Prof. Suranjan Das, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of Adamas University. They provided guidance during the interactions with students on higher education pathway, research opportunities, and the significance of making informed academic decisions.

The students also got an insight into the academic environment of the university and the research-driven approach to education at the university. Adamas University underscored its research and innovation accomplishments, such as over 3,000 research publications, 25 published and granted patents, various industry and government-sponsored research projects and multiple sponsored centres of excellence.

According to University officials, the aim of the programme was to help students clarify their future aspirations and also give an opportunity to understand the wide range of opportunities available across the disciplines. The event provided an opportunity for participants to ask questions, gain expert advice and consider further academic options related to their interests and aspirations.
