Students aspiring to join Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) may rejoice for there is good news waiting for them. One can look forward to an excellent health and administration career by pursuing a Master's degree from IIMC. The institute is all set to launch three new Master's programs in the next academic year. These programs have been approved by both the IIMC Academic Council (AC) and the Executive Council (EC). Additionally, IIMC was conferred deemed university status last year, thus confirming its position as the largest mass communication university in India.

- Media and Governance Communication
- Corporate Communication and Brand Management
Campuses and Seat Availability
These Master's programs will be available at various IIMC campuses. Specifically, the MA in Health Communication will be hosted at the IIMC Delhi campus, while the MA in Media and Governance Communication and the MA in Corporate Communication and Brand Management will be offered at the IIMC Odisha campus. The Odisha campus currently provides a PG Diploma in Corporate Communication and Brand Management, which will transition into a Master's program. There will be 40 seats in each of these three courses for the potential students. IIMC runs six campuses all over the country, with their facilities in Delhi, Odisha, Jammu, Aizawl (Mizoram), Amravati (Maharashtra), and Kottayam (Kerala).
Admission Process and Important Dates
Admission Criteria:
IIMC will utilize the CUET PG score for admissions into these new Master's programs. The selection process will weigh the CUET PG score at 80% and the interview at 20%. Interested candidates can submit their applications until January 30, 2026.
