Regarding the role

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for helping to create the online presence of the publishing house. Your role will involve creating content that is interesting for text, photo, and video formats on social networking sites. A great deal of creativity and knowledge about online behavior is required in order to perform this task.

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience: At least 1 to 5 years of experience in content, digital media, or publishing would be preferred. This experience need not necessarily be in

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, and other related fields.

Software Skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, & Premiere Pro Skills

Knowledge or experience with understanding the fundamental working of social media algorithms, for example, Meta Insights or YouTube Studio.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of Photography  
  • The essay

  • Video Scripting & Editing
  • The ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences

Primary Responsibilities

-Concept, design, and deliver high-quality content (text and multimedia)

-Content Management in Social Media Platforms, Web, & Digital Campaigns

- Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure that the content serves the purpose of the brand.

The performance of the content is tracked for optimization of strategy based on analytics. Continue to keep abreast on digital trends and developments on online platforms.
