NorthCap University (NCU) hosted TechNext: Leading the Path today at the NCU Auditorium, bringing together three industry professionals from quantum computing, software engineering, and cybersecurity to engage directly with students.
The event which started at 10: 30 AM provided NCU students with direct contact with professionals who work at the highest level of their respective fields.
Ms. Aditi Lal, Quantum Computing Developer at BQP, Bangalore, shared insights into the future of quantum technologies. Ms. Shreya Bareja, Software Engineer II at Microsoft, spoke about her experiences in software development at one of the world's leading technology companies. Mr. Samaksh Kaushik, Director at ThreatBlock Security Consulting Pvt. Ltd., explained how cybersecurity has become an essential and expanding function in modern digital environments.
The program was developed through a collaboration between Dr. Garima Sharma and Ms. Kanika Gupta from NCU's Department of Computer Science and Engineering so they could create a valuable educational experience that would benefit their students.
TechNext shows NCU's ongoing dedication to provide students with industry experience which extends beyond academic settings by enabling students to network with experts who create future technological advancements.
