Sister Nivedita University's International Communication Association (ICA) India Regional Hub, is hosting valedictory sessions of the ICA Regional Hub Conference 2026 on June 6, 2026, in Kolkata.
The conference is being organised around the theme, “Communication and Inequalities in Context”, focusing on discussions related to communication studies and social inequalities within contemporary contexts.
The valedictory session will begin at 10:00 AM onwards and will feature academic and higher education leaders as speakers.
Among the announced speakers are Durgesh Tripathi and Deb Narayan Bandyopadhyay.
Dr. Tripathi currently serves as Dean and Professor at the School of Mass Communication, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, while Prof. (Dr.) Deb Narayan Bandyopadhyay is associated with the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education as Advisor.
As per the university, the conference is expected to bring together academicians, researchers, communication scholars, and students for discussions surrounding media, communication, and inequality-related discourse.
