Universal AI University Hosts Leadership Session by Lt Col Suyog Dave for MBA Batch 2026–28 Induction Programme

Universal AI University welcomed Lt Col Suyog Dave (Retd.), an Indian Army veteran and leadership expert, as the keynote speaker during the MBA Induction Programme 2026–28 organised by the School of Management. The session was aimed at inspiring the incoming MBA students to develop the leadership qualities needed to succeed in today's rapidly evolving business environment.

Drawing from his distinguished career in the Indian Army and his expertise in leadership, team building, and drone piloting, Lt Col Dave shared practical insights on resilience, strategic decision-making, adaptability, teamwork, discipline, and purpose-driven leadership.

Addressing the students, he encouraged them to embrace challenges, adopt a growth mindset, and continuously build the leadership capabilities required to thrive in dynamic professional environments.

The interactive session formed part of the university's induction programme, which is designed to prepare students for their academic journey while exposing them to real-world perspectives from accomplished leaders across diverse fields.
