Dr. Sumedha Bajpai of JNU Honoured at the International Conference hosted by Temple University, Japan

Jaipur National University (JNU) has just scored a proud milestone in the international academic arena. Dr. Sumedha Bajpai, Director of the School of Business and Management, participated in the highly important International Conference organized by Temple University in Japan. Her research paper, titled “Management Lessons from the Ramayana and Japanese Wisdom: Synergizing Hindu Mythology and Japanese Philosophy for Transformational Leadership”, won the coveted Best Paper Presentation Award.

Dr. Bajpai also participated actively as a panelist talking about the Globalisation of Education where she gave good Indian insights on the changing frontiers of academic collaboration and innovations in tertiary education. Her observations revealed the significance of cross-cultural collaborations in order to enable knowledge sharing and improve educational performance.
